Valérie Klein

- Research Assistant

Valérie Klein has been a research assistant at the Magna Carta Institute since October 2008. She has just finished a LL.M in International Law and the Law of International Organizations at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. She wrote her Masters's thesis on the international legal issues related to Kosovo's declaration of independence.

 

Prior to this, she obtained a Master's degree in Law at the Université Catholique de Louvain. Her main interest lies in international humanitarian law, particularly the interaction between international humanitarian and human rights law, and in new forms of conflicts.
